This program provides weekly social skills support with board games, art, group games, and reading/story time led by trained UMD students and high school student volunteers. Each week, we will teach and practice new social skills like emotion identification/regulation, good sportsmanship, conversation skills, friendship skills, and interpersonal/advocacy skills.

There will be some interviews and questionnaires for parents to complete, and the UMD team will collect some observation data during the sessions. For more information about the resaerch, email accel@umd.edu.
