Veronica Kang (CHSE) is co-PI on a new $2.5 million grant funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Special Education Programs. Project Sustain, a collaboration with Vanderbilt University, will train doctoral students to become leaders in special education, with an emphasis on serving linguistically and culturally diverse populations and collaborating with families and communities.
